These total immersion coaching programs are not just about change – change is automatic: it’s an inevitable part of life.  It is absolutely certain that things are going to change throughout the course of our professional and personal lives.  

• Our bodies will certainly change as we age. 
• Our financial situations will change. 
• Our relationships will most definitely change and evolve.  
• Even now, as I begin a new life with a new child, I am changing as well. 

Progress, however, only comes from conscious thought, decision, and action. 

Change is automatic; progress is not. 

In order to live extraordinary lives, we must do things differently.  No matter how committed we are or how much willpower we have, we all need a coach who cares and has the skills to challenge us to step up and maximize the quality of our lives – with conscious thought, decision, and action.

The V.I.P. Coaching program is a very limited, one-on-one program designed for a small, select group of people. 

I originally designed the program in 2007 and accepted only three people into the beta program.  The goal of the coaching program was to provide each student with the confidence and education to perform their first 3 short sale transactions. 

When I saw how quickly we were able to assist these students through these first 3 short sale deals, I was hooked.  

I’ve found that, in life, the hardest part of getting from where you are to where you want to be is building momentum. 

And one of the only ways that I’ve been able to build that momentum in my own life is by having someone there to push me to be better even when I didn’t always want to be pushed.

Throughout my own life, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a number of coaches that have assisted me in finding those small distinctions and strategies that have saved me years of time, energy and frustration.   I’ve also had the privilege of using my coaches as leverage – to have someone who would hold me accountable for the commitments that I’ve made.  And, as a beneficiary of coaching, I’ve been blessed with the ability to coach others to do the same.  

As a result, I’ve been provided with the honor of helping to coach a number of people through some extraordinary achievements, both in real estate and on a personal level as well.

Here’s what I know:  No matter what a person’s status or level of achievement in society, those who have reached the pinnacle of life enjoyment do not sit on the laurels once they are at the top.  They keep striving for more.  They are hungry.  And, invariably, like you, their hunger has caused them to seek out the finest available resources and the best coaches to help them attain even greater levels of not only achievement, but of fulfillment as well.
